Service Advisor

Whitby Oshawa Honda is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our service department.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers as they arrive for their service
- Checking in customer vehicles and making note of their condition
- Working with technicians to diagnose vehicle concerns
- Advise customers on maintenance and repair services for their vehicles
- Coordinate customer pick-up and drop-off
- Processing customer payments
- Creating/processing repair orders
- Answering customer phone calls and booking appointments
- Complete Honda training as required
